Terms and Conditions

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Penplusbytes, the implementer of KasaGadi. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

KasaGadi provides:

• AI-powered detection and fact-checking of claims.
• A digital marketplace for submitting, verifying, and sharing content.
• Research insights, trainings, and resources on disinformation mitigation.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted access.

• Accounts are required for submitting claims or accessing premium features.
• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You agree not to: submit false claims intentionally, harass users, or interfere with Platform operations.
• Prohibited: Automated scraping, reverse engineering AI models, or commercial use without permission.

• Submitted claims grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to verify, analyze, and publish verdicts.
• You retain rights to your content but permit sharing of fact-checks publicly.
• We are not liable for user-submitted content accuracy pre-verification.

• Verdicts (True, False, Mixed) are determined by trained fact-checkers, journalists, and AI models.
• AI predictions are aids, not final judgments; human review is standard.
• We correct errors promptly but disclaim liability for third-party reliance.

• Platform content, AI models, logos (including the KasaGadi shield), and research belong to Penplusbytes or licensors.
• Fair use for personal, non-commercial sharing of verified claims is permitted with attribution.

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed GHS 100.
• Fact-checks do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends.

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, prioritizing ethical AI use in line with project goals.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved in Accra courts or through mediation.
